As MovED concludes its impactful volunteer journey, we’re proud to announce our final donation: €5,000 — the full remaining balance in our account — has been donated to the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation.

The funds support the Safe & Smart program, specifically helping rebuild a school bomb shelter in Novopokrovka, Kharkiv region. This project ensures that even amid war, children in Ukraine can continue their education safely.

Earlier this June, our co-founder and CEO Hannele Mennala 🇫🇮🇺🇦 met with Serhiy Prytula in Finland to personally confirm the donation and reaffirm our shared mission of resilience and education.

We chose this project because it perfectly aligns with MovED’s core purpose — empowering education in crisis zones. The Serhiy Prytula Foundation remains one of Ukraine’s most trusted humanitarian organizations.
